Staying fit and healthy is important, but it can be challenging to find time to exercise, especially when you're stuck at home. That's why we've put together a 15-minute full body home workout that requires no equipment. This workout is designed to get your heart pumping, strengthen your muscles, and leave you feeling energized and refreshed.
- Warm-up (2 minutes)
Start with a quick warm-up to get your body ready for exercise. Do some light jogging in place, jumping jacks, or high knees for 2 minutes.
- Cardio (4 minutes)
Get your heart pumping with some cardio exercises. Do each exercise for 30 seconds, then take a 10-second break before moving on to the next exercise. Repeat the circuit twice.

- Jumping jacks
- High knees
- Bodyweight Exercises (6 minutes)
Build strength and tone your muscles with some bodyweight exercises. Do each exercise for 30 seconds, then take a 10-second break before moving on to the next exercise. Repeat the circuit twice.
- Squats
- Push-ups
- Lunges
- Plank
- Cool Down (3 minutes)
Finish with a cool down to help your body recover. Do some light stretching for 3 minutes.
